Stephen has over 25 years’ experience providing aviation, regulatory economics and financial advisory across the transport sector in the private and public sector.

Stephen joined Steer from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he specialised as a consultant in the transport and utilities team. He started his career at the Civil Aviation Authority supporting the economic regulation of airports, air traffic management and airlines.

At Steer, Stephen is the Director responsible for the global RAFA offer, covering Regulatory Economics, Aviation and Financial Advisory. He provides management oversight as well as thought leadership in the development of our offer, including leading client relationships and projects on transactions and policy and regulatory work throughout the world.
