Lucia has 18 years’ experience in providing strategic advice in relation to transport system investment, being predominantly involved in the evaluation and analysis of private finance initiatives in the transport sector, including toll roads and public transport schemes. 

She joined Steer when the Italian office opened in 1999. Since then, she has directed the majority of Steer’s Infrastructure work in Italy supporting Grantors, Sponsors and Lenders. During this period she was responsible for coordinating and leading infrastructure activities in the Eastern Europe countries, Balkans, Turkey and Russia.   

Lucia is one of the most skilled resources within the International Infrastructure team. She’s responsible for the Infrastructure sector in Italy and she’s been managing a wide range of projects involving private sector investment in Europe, Russia, Turkey and LATAM.
