She has advised the local, regional and central government in the UK, Australia and the USA, and private sector clients across a broad spectrum of behaviour change studies. She has a track record in successfully delivering sustained levels of a modal shift away from the car.
After holding several management roles for Steer in the UK, establishing a behaviour change unit, and subsequently leading the Planning Division in 2014, Lisa was asked to establish Steer’s Planning division in the United States. At Heathrow, she led the Surface Access Strategy team who developed and implemented a strategy designed to increase the number of passengers travelling to the airport by public transport and reduce the number of airport workers driving alone.
Now back at Steer, Lisa became our UK Managing Director in 2022, after jointly leading our UK Planning Division, and is key member of the Steer Leadership team (joining our Global Executive Management Team), driving and overseeing the growth and development of UK market while building on Steer's momentum and reputation.
